2k is plenty of money. Used 5D mk.III, 6D, 6D II can be obtained with that amount of money. Most used 5D IV are a little over that, but weirdly enough, a new EOS R, which is basically a mirrorless version & improved over the 5D IV is within your budget. New RP is also an option.
