The question "what truck to drive" is actually a big holywar. I've drove all of trucks before buying mine, then I've drove Iveco Strails, then MAN TGX, now it's Majetic Actros. And I can say, all of trucks are mostly equal. There is no much difference. So choise of truck is mostly choise of taste. Regarding driving other vehicles, you just need to download and then install them from a web site. There are a lot more available for ETS2 than ATS but there are a few I have seen for ATS. Cars and buses, cars you just drive and nothing else but the buses have extra mods which add passengers so you can pick up and deliver passengers. Or just buy Bus simulator 19. It's actually illegal to transport passengers in your trailer. It's been a few years, but SCS has done a small teaser of a Coach Bus DLC for ETS2 at some point, but it's on the back burner still. If one were to dig into the files, there are a few mentions of bus stuff here and there..

Honestly, most people driving cars in ETS2 Multiplayer really piss me off. They ignore every single rule (just as some truck drivers), and think they are immortal. So they come crashing through a massive traffic jam with 160km/h. Ruining the game for people who are playing more seriously.
