64GB is enough for me as well. I back up all my photos on the google photos app. & I have zero movies/music downloaded on my phone though. I use Spotify and stream movies. So I guess it depends on what you typically have on your phone/how much storage you used on your previous iPhone.
Going with 14 Pro 256GB. Will occasionally take ProRes photos and 4K video, but not often. I don’t store music, shows, nor movies on my phone. Spotify streaming is more than good enough, and I prefer not to consume my shows and movies media on such a small screen. 64GB is a large capacity for a phone, but it’s not the best option. A phone with a larger storage capacity can hold more pictures, videos, and other files. It’s also important to consider the type of phone you’re buying. Some phones have a larger storage capacity but are less powerful or have fewer features.
Apart from what you do with the phone also consider how long you plan to keep your phone for. If a couple of years 64gb might be enough but if you want more you probably should consider 128gb, especially since the price is not that much higher. Personally I went for a 128gb white Xr from 32gb 6S Plus.

The iPhone 12 Pro starts at 128GB instead of 64GB. From there, the iPhone 12 Pro’s storage capacity goes up to 256GB and 512GB. While 64GB or 128GB might seem like enough, there’s a chance
